Balances

Click the dropdown next to your organization name and click Billing > Manage Billing to view your balance.

Daily Balance

On all plans you have access to a limited amount of daily usage balance. This is a small amount of usage that is available each day until you hit the overall monthly limit. It is free of charge. Daily balance is granted per seat and used on an individual basis.

Included On-demand Balance

Pro and Business plans include an additional on-demand balance. This is monthly usage pooled organization-wide. On-demand balance, unlike daily balance, can be tracked granularly in settings.

Top-up Balance

You must be on a Pro plan or higher to purchase top-up balance. If you downgrade to Starter your top-up balance will expire completely at the end of the month.
There are two ways to purchase top-up balance: auto top-ups and one-time top-ups. Top-up balance rolls over month to month and never expires unless you downgrade to Starter. If you enable auto top ups, you will set the balance to refresh by an increment each time it dips below a certain threshold. This is the most common way to purchase top-up balance as you do not need to manually reload every time you run out of usage. It ensures your team will always have available balance without over-spending as the balance doesn’t expire and is pooled organization-wide. You will recieve a pop up notification each time a top-up balance is refreshed. You can also add one time top-up balance to your account anytime even if auto-reload is disabled.

Understanding Your Balance

Simple cells may cost one cent of balance to generate. More complex and research-intensive cells will cost more than a cent in balance to generate. You can view exactly how much balance each job cost to run, how many cells it generated, and what sheet it is associated with on Pro plans and up in Settings > Analytics.
