Column Type
This sectionoutlines the seven column types available in the system and provide details on the format options for the Text and Number column types.
Setting Column Types
After typing in a column name, click “Enter” to set the column type.
Type autogenerates to a checkbox based on the column name.
You can also click the type dropdown to set the column type.

Column Types
Text
Used for general text input.
Format Details:
- Optional: Explain how you want the column data to be formatted.
Empty column with type text.
Number
Used for numerical data.
Format Details:
- None: No specific formatting.
- Number: Standard numerical format.
- Currency: Formats the number as currency.
- Percentage: Formats the number as a percentage.
- Decrease Decimal: Reduces the number of decimal places.
- Increase Decimal: Increases the number of decimal places.

Checkbox
Used for boolean values, allowing a check or uncheck option.

Link
Used for URLs or hyperlinks.

Used for email addresses.
Action:
- Email verification: Runs verification on the email address
- Email integration: Enables you to draft emails to the email addresses with the above button.

Select
Allows selection from a predefined list of options.

You can add options idividually, autogenerate them, or paste in a list of options. You can also restrict autogenerating new select options during generation or enable it. Lastly, you can re order the options which is useful for sorting.

Multi-select
Allows selection of multiple options from a predefined list.

Multi-selects are similar to selects, but allow for multiple selections.
