Accessing the Email Page
Navigate to the Email page using the sidebar. This is your central hub for all email campaign management.
Campaign Overview
The Email page displays all your campaigns organized by status. Each campaign card shows:
- Subject line — The email subject used in the campaign
- Message preview — A snippet of the email body
- Status tag — Current campaign status (Scheduled, Pending, In Progress, Complete)
- Progress information — Shows “X/Y emails sent from [sheet name]”
- Source sheet — Clickable link to the originating sheet
Managing Your Campaigns
Campaign Status Filters
Easily track your campaigns by their sending progress:
- All — View all campaigns across every status
- Pending — Campaigns where no emails have been sent yet
- Scheduled - Campaigns with a future send time that have not started sending yet
- In Progress — Campaigns where some emails have been sent, but not all
- Complete — Campaigns where all emails have been successfully delivered
Scheduled Campaigns
When you use Schedule Send, your campaign will appear on the Email page with a Scheduled status until it reaches its send time.
What to expect:
- You can monitor scheduled campaigns alongside active ones
- Once the scheduled time arrives, the campaign will automatically transition from Scheduled to Pending / In Progress as emails begin sending
- Scheduled campaigns use the same safe pacing rules as immediate sends to protect your deliverability
Monitoring Campaign Progress
Campaign status updates automatically as emails are sent. Emails are sent with intentional delays between sends to respect provider limits and avoid triggering spam filters.
Typical send timing:
- Small campaigns (< 50 emails): 5-10 minutes
- Medium campaigns (50-200 emails): 15-30 minutes
- Large campaigns (200+ emails): 30 minutes to several hours
Navigating to Source Sheets
Click on the sheet name hyperlink on campaign cards to return to the original sheet where the campaign was created, view the data used for personalization, or create new campaigns from the same data.
Campaign History
The Email page serves as a historical record of all your email outreach, helping you track what campaigns you’ve sent, reference past subject lines and content, and avoid duplicate outreach to the same recipients.
